GAIL GLANVILLE - Marketing Strategist and Web Content Writer

Gail Glanville is the ideal Copy Strategist and Web Writer for helping change entrepreneurs achieve success, because she has grown her own innovative business and sold it for 9.4 times the original investment.

Today, through her company Change Bistro, she specializes in marketing strategies, campaigns, web writing and copywriting for people who seek to create change that lasts, in today's healthcare and environmental industries, with clients from Vancouver, BC to Athens, Greece.

Nowhere in our difficult economic climate today is it more important to convey a clear message than with small businesses and organizations struggling to make a difference, a profit and an impact. Gail knows what these struggles are, and because of her long background in marketing and communications, knows how to develop a strategic approach to brand and business development that is both flexible and well targeted.

She also knows that, with the growth of social media, successful websites today demand a new kind of content: more informative, lively, searchable, quotable and easy to update. If customers don't find what they want in the first 3 seconds on a website, they leave and never return.

Her goal as a copywriter: find a story (or "reason why") no one else is telling and make it compelling, because an authentic brand is not a promise made, it is a promise kept – with a specific target audience.

For example, Gail is the Head Copywriter and Web Strategist for the Women's Health Council of RI, a non-profit whose first Quality Conference was held in November 2010. By the time of their second Quality Conference in November of 2011, their mission and message of change were so well branded they were able to attract the US Surgeon General, Regina Benjamin, MD, MBA, as keynote speaker.

Gail has taught her brand of change marketing at Salve Regina's Graduate School, and conducts teleseminar trainings on branding and business development for Harvard's Immunity to Change certified coaches.

Now she has turned her talents and experience to strategic copywriting and marketing makeovers for green organizations who know their markets have great potential but who need help turning "green-speak" into customer-winning language---so entire communities become convinced that home energy makeovers are the right thing to do.

Gail is the author of five books and eBooks. She is currently writing an eBook, The Green Home Guide. She lives in Providence, RI. Bruce Glanville is her brother, with whom she is delighted to be working.

Robin Easter Design, Brand Identity and Website Development

Robin Easter Design is a full-service 23-year old graphic design firm, known for creating award-winning and memorable brand campaigns, websites and print materials.

In this new field of energy efficiency, great design is essential for telling the story behind the brand. Design evokes an emotion, captures spirit, and elevates the power of words and images, so, for example, a culture of resistance can be changed into a bandwagon movement.

Because Robin Easter's company is a full service design firm, their customized brand images – including logos, colors, fonts – work across all mediums, from websites to tee-shirts and trucks, from a lapel pin to brochures and billboards.

When these high-quality images are used consistently, materials created for Robin Easter Design's customers spark initial interest, and are so well targeted they support sustainable marketing efforts for the long term.

Robin Easter is the principal and creative director of Robin Easter Design, located in Knoxville, TN. Her staff includes seasoned marketing professionals, talented and skilled graphic designers with web coding skills and a project manager who coordinates timelines and budgets.

Robin holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Tennessee. She is a member of AIGA (American Institute of Graphic Arts) and was recently inducted as an AIGA Fellow, an award given to those who have made a significant contribution to raising the standards of excellence in practice and conduct within their local or regional design community. She is the first designer in the state of Tennessee to receive this award.

Robin is on the executive committee of the board of Keep Knoxville Beautiful and she volunteers her time to other organizations that work to better the community, such as Legacy Parks Foundation and Knox Heritage.
